Runners entering Grades 3-5 will practice 8:00-9:00 AM.

Runners entering Grades 6-9 will practice 8:00-10:00 AM.

High School runners Grades 10-12 will also practice 7:45 AM to 10:00 AM

Camp will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings beginning June 23 rd and ending August 8th. The camp will be conducted primarily at Crofton High School meeting near the tennis courts and on some days we may use alternate sites such as Bell Branch Athletic Complex, the MACC Facilities, and others. This camp will introduce the younger athletes to the sport of Cross Country and prepare them for the rigors of a high school program. We welcome athletes destined for any of the local high schools including Bowie,

Arundel, South River, Crofton, and any other public or private high school destinations.

Returning High School runners will run a spirited summer training program and should expect a lot of miles and occasional medium to high intensity workouts to prepare for your competitive season in the Fall.
